Ordered items will generally be delivered by Sagawa Express.
Please note that depending on the product, it may be shipped by Japan Post.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped on the shipping date stated on the product page.
*If it says "Shipping in mid-month" → it will be shipped between the 10th and 15th of the month.
*If it says "Shipping at the end of the month" → it will be shipped between the 25th and 31st of the month.
If you purchase multiple items, all items will be shipped as soon as they are ready .
*For orders eligible for free shipping, we will ship the items as they become available.
