About the points system
①With ESIÓ online services, you can earn points based on the amount of purchases you make on esio.jp.
For every 100 yen of the product price (tax included), 1% will be awarded as points, which can be used at the ESIÓ official online store.
At the ESIÓ official online store, you can use points in increments of 1 yen.
②The points you receive when you shop can be used on your next purchase.
③Notes
*Points will be reflected approximately 7 days after the product has been shipped.
* Calculated based on purchase amount.
*If a refund is made, points will be deducted when the refund is processed.
*Decimals will be rounded down. (Shipping and cash on delivery fees are not included in the points for online stores.)
*You can check your current available points on your My Page after logging in.
*Points are valid for one year from the month of purchase for each purchase.
*Please note that the amount will increase or decrease with each purchase.
*Points will become invalid and can no longer be used after the expiration date.
* Cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or discount services.

The issuance of points is stipulated as follows:

Article 1 Points Overview
1. Points can only be used by the Member who owns them.
2. Points held under different membership numbers cannot be combined or used simultaneously.
3. Members may not transfer, lend or use as collateral their points to a third party, nor may they share their points with other members. In addition, points cannot be inherited.
4. Once the point redemption process has been completed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
5. Members may not object to points being used in order of issue, starting with the oldest point balance.
6. If a Member is found to fall under any of the specified reasons for point cancellation after using points, the Company may retroactively cancel the use of points. In such case, the Member shall pay the Company an amount equivalent to the price of the goods or services obtained by using the points.
7. Points cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
8. If any goods or services provided through the use of points are subject to taxes or public duties, such taxes or public duties shall be borne by the Member.
Article 2 Use by a Third Party The Company will consider any use of the Service and any other actions using the same membership number, login ID and password (hereinafter referred to as the "Membership Number, etc.") to be use and actions by the member who holds that Membership Number, etc. The Company will not be liable for any damages suffered by the Member as a result of a third party using the Membership Number, etc.
Article 3 Cancellation and Expiration of Points
1. The points issued by our company will expire on the last day of the month that is one year after the date of issue of the points.
2. If a Member falls under any of the following circumstances, the Company may cancel all or part of the Points held by the Member.
(a) If the conditions for issuing points are no longer met, such as if the purchased Company product is returned
(a) If points are issued through fraudulent means
(c) If you violate these Terms, the Membership Terms, the Terms of Use, or any individual terms and conditions.
(D) If you lose your membership in the Program due to withdrawal or cancellation of your membership.
(E) If the Company determines that cancellation or correction is necessary due to a system malfunction or other reason.

3. If a membership expires, all points held by that member will also expire at the same time, regardless of the validity period of the points.
4. Expired points cannot be reissued under any circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Member or a third party due to the expiration of points.
Article 4 Point Management Members can check their point history, including the number of points they own, the number of points they have used, and their expiration date, on this website.
